Before your mobile enquiry
Prepare the mobile car check with the seller
A few arrangements help make the car accessible for the inspection. Use these points before your non-binding enquiry:
Note the car and its location
Note the exact vehicle location and possible times. Add the model or listing link if you have it.
Arrange access and permission
Ask the seller about access, available keys and permission for the agreed visual and functional checks and measurements. OBD diagnostics depend on access supported by the vehicle. For vehicles with an internal combustion engine and for hybrids, ask the seller in advance whether a cold start is possible. At the appointment, tell us whether the engine was running earlier.
Ask about available records
Registration, HU inspection and maintenance records help us assess the car. Tell us during the conversation if anything is missing.
Have the appointment confirmed
Send the location and your preferred time as a non-binding enquiry. We confirm the appointment and any travel arrangements personally during the callback.

Keys, permission or access are missing

- A locked interior or lack of access can prevent individual checks, such as reading data through OBD.

- Clarify key availability and permission for the agreed access beforehand. Areas that cannot be checked are documented as such.
The location, seller's availability or vehicle changes

- The journey and appointment previously discussed may no longer fit.

Is there a deadline for your purchase decision?
A requested appointment is not yet a confirmed one. During the callback, clarify the inspection, personal discussion and availability of the released report separately.

What matters before your appointment

Does the seller need to attend the car check?
Not necessarily. Access to the vehicle, required keys and permission for the agreed checks or test drive matter. Buyer and seller may both attend if they wish.
Is there a lift for a mobile car check?
No. On mobile visits we inspect accessible areas with OBD, measuring equipment and tools. Choose the workshop check for the benefit of a lift.
Is a test drive always included?
Only when permitted, practical and acceptable with regard to registration and road safety. Otherwise we document the limitation.
Does a car check find every defect?
No. Hidden, intermittent or non-visible defects may remain without dismantling. The report clearly states the scope and visible limits.
